Auto rate shows up as empty (file included)

After altering my autorate i get a blank list:

I think I have figured out why it shows up blank:

I created a rule with VPIP <= 6.67 and my autorate list went blank.
However if i manually edit the xml file and change from 6.67 to 6,67 everything shows up. Apparantely it's related to decimal signs.

Make sure that your culture in settings matches your windows region setting.

Auto Rate bug number 1:

I have my current culture set to Swedish.
Also (Windows 7 x64): Control Panel->Region and Language to Swedish (Sweden) and Decimal symbol set to ",".

However if I enter e.g. Postflop Aggression Factor > 1,5 over 20 samples and click ok it shows up as PAF > 15 , no decimals. Entering 1.5 it shows up correctly but when loading HM2 the list is empty.

So, summa summarum: Auto rate do not accept ",".

Bug number 2:

Full ring (9 players) HUD in Replayer and Pokerstars uses the auto rule set for Headsup.

When using Aggression factor (Postflop Aggression Factor) it messes up the rule and ALL of the following rules. (Just try placing a rule with AF>0 as the first rule.)
