Error Reading File

Hi

I have been instructed on this forum to reinstall HEM after I had run into a few issues following an update. However I now have a new problem...

I uninstalled the old version, then I have been to the HEM setup page, clicked download holdem manager, and saved the compressed files to my desktop. Unfortunately every time I try to extract the files, "error reading file" appears ( I have tried a few times).

How are you extracting the Zip? Right-Click > Extract All?

You could try using www.7zip.org, and then using the Right-Click > 7Zip > Extract to... Menu

If you are still having problems, try downloading it from my server. Perhaps the download file was corrupted somehow.

Reboot your computer, clear your browser cache or use a different browser and download again.

i have tried this but still no good. when extracting files it says:

error 0x800004005: unspecified error
