Not importing on entraction

Hello.. holdem manager 2 is working on all sites except entraction where it does not import the hands.

Please make sure that the site is saving the HH's to your hard drive - check in their software's options.

Make sure that the site folder is listed in the hand importing - auto import folders

If you create a new DB, are the hands imported?
