Serial number don't work!

Hey, i was working with HM2 before yesterday when want to update the software. I made the update but after that it want from mey a serial number. I wrote it but it tell me that its wrong and cant unlock with that serial number. The i reset all my serial numbers and try again, but again it was the sam. Can you help me?

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Can you make sure you have no hidden files, if your files are hidden it will simply be called Reg
