Not importing FTP Hands [Archive] - Holdem Manager Forums

Hi, newb question incoming, sorry :)

Running the trial version with Win 7. Have managed to overcome the Ascii DB problem via the solutions in the other threads, using 8.4. Everything now appears to be configured correctly for FTP, I have the import pointing to C:/Program Files/Fulltiltpoker/Hand History.

Table Manager is up, shows the table.

The HUD comes up ok.

But it is not importing hands. I closed and restarted and it imported the 3 hands I had played, then no more. No live import.

What am I doing wrong?

OK now I am really confused, I am playing 2 limit O/8 tables and it is importing one normally but not the other?

I've exited HEM a few times and restarted, HEM is definitely importing a file and a hand after each five seconds, but now no HUD and in Table Manager it sees both tables but says 0/9 players and 0 hands.

Please update to the latest beta from the link in my signature.

Please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
