Hand counting stops after 3 hands

The number of played hands stop counting up after 3 appeared hands. I play on Pokerstars.
What can i do against?

please make sure that Poker Stars is saving the hand histories played. Check in Options. I've heard several reports lately that people have checked and it was not, after it had been saving.

Go to Hand Importing - Auto Import Folders - is the stars folder listed?

Click on Site Time Adjustment - Auto Detect

Open sessions ribbon. Play a couple hands.

Are they showing in the sessions? Is HM2 showing the time that you are playing on your computer?

Do you have a HUD now?
