What is NaN?

Please give us some details about your system, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

You need to import the tournament summaries for anything over a single table. These are typically requested via email, copied to a text file, and then imported.

Did you import the original handhistories again (from which date are the files?) or did you export them with an older HM version?

i requested the hand history from poker stars. they gave me a zip file to download which contained a text document with all the hand histories within it.

hi i had to make a new database ......

Why did u have to make a new DB? Were there problems with the previous DB? It may have been a problem with SQL instead of the DB itself.

i noticed a significant quantity of my tournaments were not being registered by my hem so i decided to try make a new a fresh database and just import the histories provided by pokerstars to see if it included them.

Are the hand histories and your poker client both set to English? I don't know what to suggest, other than having you forward the hand histories and summaries, for one of us to test import. Or else, reinstalling SQL.

Hopefully netsrak has some more ideas.

how would i go about sending u the hand histories? they are just a single text file so it shouldn't be too hard.
