HM2 crush Pokerstars

Mostly every time I'm playing on pokerstars cash games (about 10 tables) HM2 crush pokerstars software. All Tables become black and i cant do anything. It happen really often from last update! It makes software totally unusable. Is it chance to get my money back?

What ribbon is HM2 on while playing?

Please open the sessions ribbon and switch it to an older session and play.

Does this happen every time you use the mouse? Is it every 5 seconds? 10? 30? Every hand import?

Please attach a log file after making this change so we can investigate further.
