Hi.

Does Note Caddy only works with Unibet and not the whole Microgaming network?

A couple days ago I entered a $2 Loaded Sit & Go tourney with 4 other players. The $2 was deducted from my account. When the tourney started, I clicked to enter and the page just loaded....and loaded....and loaded. It would not let me in!

I logged out quickly and logged back in. Tried again...same thing. It just hung up. I was able to view the details of the tourney and my name was still listed as a player and while everyone else had been scoring points, I was at 0. After 3 minutes, I just gave up. Luckily (for once!) I remembered to make a note of the Tourney ID.

When I contacted support (Royal Vegas Casino), they got all my information and said they had to forward it to Micro gaming to figure out what happened.

Now, I *know* this isn’t the first time, but this is the first time I paid to play AND remembered to write down the ID number before it disappeared. I've been unable to enter a tourney a few times, and several times have been "booted" out. But, when I asked support if they had this issue a lot, they said this was the *first* time anyone had reported something like that.

Maybe no one even bothers complaining?

Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues w/Microgaming.

I am sorry to hear you're having problems but this is definitely not the right place to post this
