HEM won't open

Been using HEM for ages now. Just installed the update. I go to open HEM double click the icon and 2 seconds later i get the windows message

'Holdem Manager has stopped working' close the program.

I've tried rebooting and downloading the new beta etc, also before I was getting some weird message in the Cash Games tab where the table header size or something was out and nothing would show.

Help please.

Reboot your computer again and reinstall the update. Download the update again and clean the browser cache before downloading or use a different browser.

If that doesn't help please delete the config subfolder of the Holdemmanager installation and try a fresh installation of the full version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
and then update to the latest beta again.
