Which sites make it possible to datamine observed hands?

Since FTP stopped writing handhistories and it's impossible to datamine observed tables Im looking new site to do so. I remember seeing topic/faq page or something where was listed sites that "allow" (its possible) datamining but I can't find it anymore.

I would be surprised if you saw such a FAQ/Sticky here. I think datamining is allowed at Party and Cereus, but those are the only 2 that come to mind right now, and I only say that because I know about FPHG and Absolute Solution applications.
