NoteCaddy doesn't work ; all external links either

Hi,
I'v tried to fix my issues with HM2 for 5 days : uninstall/reinstall HM2 and .net framework 4 like described in "performance issues" post, do all windows and HM2 updates...but without success...

My principal problem is note caddy : i can't use it but I don't know why.
NC stats don't appear in my popup and the caddy report windows stays empty (note creation doesn't function i think)
I'v activated yet "show note caddy" and "launch caddy report when HUD launch" in HUD options.

Then, i can't click on any "external link" without making crash HM2 (windows not responding) :
- if i click on "my licences" of "buy upgrades" in HM2 store area on home page
- if i click on any "purchase" link on HM2 apps page
- i i "create account" in HoldemManager.com Website Login in Settings ; etc etc...

I configured my firewall like described in many posts.

Holdem Manager TV doesn't work either. : "loading..." is written

Try to terminate the process TableScannerDllLoader.exe in Task Manager.

Right ! Closing this process solves the links issues...thank you

Before closing this process (and always after), all the "Scanner" area in the session page doesn't work (i can click on "start scan" "stop scan" "scan profiles" "settings" but there is no effect, no crashes either). Maybe it's linked to this process ??
The TV still doesn't work...and notecaddy...
