New Computer - Visibility Problem

Hi, I've just bought a new computer and am having terrible problems with HEM. I have tried all number of different resolutions, but everytime I load up HEM the text is illegible. Some words are ok, but parts of the text simply don't appear or are all bunched together and written on top of each other.

Any help greatly appreciated!
