Hi,

I'm going to buy a new computer. So far I've been using HM in my laptop, and I was wondering if it's possible to simply copy all the processed HH files to a folder in the new computer and do the installation of HM as normal.

I've read the article on sharing a db in two computers and this just sounds a lot easier to me, whenever I play on my laptop I'll just copy the new files when I get home.

Also, does it make a difference if the new computer is a Mac?

Holdemmanager does not support MAC, you will need a virtual machine like parallels or vmware with windows for running it.

Sharing a database means that one computer is the server and has to be running to access the data from the other computer. I'm not sure whether you wan't this

For moving the data see our FAQ:

Ouch, good to know! You're probably lookig into it already but with more people going Mac these days it's worth thinking on supporting it in the future.

Thanks a lot for your answer!
