I've tried with FAQ and manual, but found nothing!

I've just started using HEM HUD recently, at Stars full ring SnGs, and when I use the HUD, I get these black boxes all over the place. Often not very close to the player they represent. With PAHUD I could easily move them around if I wanted to. I want them aligned directly under the player they apply to.

How do I do this?

edit: oh and I run beta 19

edit2: I now run beta 20, still no help.

Please uncheck Hud options -> Table preferences -> Lock the layout

It's not checked and I don't think it ever has been.

Are you sure you are doing like that:

Right click with the mouse on the stats field and press down the right key while you are moving the stats field.

Yes, I right-click and then try to move the pointer - but nothing happens.
I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility that I misunderstand something, but I just can't see what that would be.

Do you want me to record a small video of my feeble attempts?

Are you sure the right click on your mouse works normally in other situations?? Are you using any scripts or hotkeys programs?? Have you tried Ctrl+Right-Click+Drag?

Do you have any custom hud configs?

Try to export any custom huds, then close HM and table manager.

Delete \holdem manager\config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt

Restart HM and see if you can now move them. If so, you can import the hud configs back into your new prefs file.

Oooh I use AHK. And I have a function for right-click added! Silly, silly me.

Will confirm that this was causing the problems during my next session.
