View Full Version : Tower (CAKE) HUD not working

Hi guys,

Tower Gaming just moved from Ongame to Cake and I can't get the HUD configured. I understand there is only limited support for HUDs at Cake network, but I'm not getting anything.

The Table Manager detects tables fine, hands are importing fine, I've set up hero names but the HUD just won't launch.

I'm running HM1 version 1.12.05.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Cake network started allowing the full use of HUDS yesterday. They changed their hand histories to now show the full name. I think that is why our HUDS are not working anymore.

Anyone know of a fix or do we have to wait on an update? This has pretty much screwed my play for now.. so a response ASAP would be appreciated.

I'll forward it, seems like we need to fix something.

Please send us some original handhistories too: Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Hi all,

We're brand new to the Cake Network so HUD integration is not my specialist subject just yet, but if you need help in getting this fixed then please just let me know and I will pass it over to the software team!

I'll be checking in here regularly to help you out with any problems that come up, I hope that is OK with the mods?

Cake seems to have changed something in their handhistory formatting.
HM2: this issue is fixed in 5644+ builds (for cashgames).

HM1 (and HM2 SNGs) it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Any timeframe for the resolution of this problem? I will start playing somewhere else in the meantime if it is going to be long.

HM1 - cashgames, it's fixed in our internal .07 release,... to be released soon.
STT/MTT we're still working on a fix.

We've been internally using 1.12.07 for four days now.
I'm not sure why it hasn't publicly been released yet. Likely, they still want to include some other fixes before it's released, since we promised "it will be fixed in the next update" not just for this Cake issue, but also for other (Microgaming/Boss, etc.) issues.

I still cannot get (HM1) HUD work on Tower SNG/MTT.
Is there any fix for this in the pipe?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

I have done this, and the table finder can still find no unattached hands. Hands are imported correctly, see attached file.
