PostgreSQL Restart Problem

Can't restart PostgreSQL manually when it stops working.Postgres.exe denies access.The only way is to restart computer.Need help!

What are you trying to do? Can you post a screenshot of the error message please?

Normally its in the Windows services -> Postgresql...->Start
