PT2 and Holdem at the same time

I am sorry if this has been asked before. I did a search and couldn't readily find it.

Is it possible to run both PT2 and Holdem Manager at the same time with both importing?

It could cause confilicts if both are set to move files after processing as it might move the files before one or the other gets to read it or PT could be using the file when HM trys to use it and the file might be locked etc. Im not sure how often PT moves the HH, if it moves them regularly maybe set them not to move processed files and do it manually but other than possibly missing some files if your PC is capabale of running both applications there shouldnt be much problems
