When I start HEM I get this error:
"An error occured while loading the Prefs files: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Xml, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Reinstall and install update but I always get this. I'm running it as admin and I have User Account Control off.

Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

Did you install the full version 1.08.04 and then updated to the latest Beta in the same installation path?

Please try this:

First, export any custom HUD configs you have from the player preferences.

Close HM and the Table Manger.

Delete \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt.

Restart HM

If the error is gone import any exported HUD configs

I search for frefs.xml, pospref.txt and pospref2.txt in my config folder and in my whole HEM folder but I couldn't find them. Then I ran the HUD for a couple of hands. After that pospref.txt and pospref2.txt had appered. I tried to open HEM but still got the same error.

I think I don't have any custom HUD configs since I haven't been able to open the program.

Are you sure you installed the full version and the update to the same installation path?

I suggest you start again with a fresh installation of 1.08.04 and update to the latest beta.

I downloaded again 1.08.04 and the beta. These files are not in the config folder and I still get the same error.
