I've just setup a new system. I subscribe to a hand history data base.
When I try to import them I get 0 hands imported and all import errors.
for example
Found 115 files to process
Files Imported: 0 hands/s: 0.0/s
Duplicate hands: 0
Import Errors: 6785
As the files imported increases so do the errors, and no hands are imported.
I've been using this service for over a month and never had any problems.
I checked the files. They are all text files and appear to be normal. The only thing that is different is they were unzipped by winrar on the new system.
ON the old system they were always unzipped by the utility that comes with vista.
I had a problem when I set up the new system. I had to change the mother board and hand to have my activations reset. That all appears to have been done, I was able to activate, though I did not recieve an email informing me that the activation codes were indeed reset. I was waiting for this notifcation, it didn't come after 2 days, so i just tried to activate, and it went through.
