Exporting from Poker tracker 2 [Archive]

Has anyone ever figured out how to do a mass import from Poker Tracker 2 into Hold'em Manager?

300 hands at a time could take months.

When I was using Poker Tracker, after importing the hands from the poker site default hand history file, I would direct the program to dump all of the hands that it had read into a separate text file. Could I import into Hold'em Manager from that file?

This takes me to Absolute FAQ Manager. It asks for a username and password???

My Hold'em Manager forum info does not work. Is there a special username and password to access this site?
