Hi,

I've used the program with Full Tilt without any problem until now. Then the importing started stopping from time to time. Sometimes it started and then stopped. At the importing part in the program it is written that "auto update didn't find any new files".
I tried to reinstall the HM, postgres without any success. The same problem still exists.
I've checked carefully all the required steps what the faq requires. Didn't help.
Furthermore for some reasons I cannot see the hand histories.
Could anybody help?
Thx

Please use Beta 1.09.20 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

and before you start Holdemmanager again delete all files in the FTP handhistory folder or move them to a different folder.

thanks for your reply. I've tried what you suggested, but without any success.
Anyway, I've already read through all the threads, but nothing works.
It's quite annoying. I hope that it could be fixed.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

I don't have Vista, so here are my answers:

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
1.09 beta 20

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I'm playing on Full Tilt Poker and on Poker Stars. The problem occurs on both sites.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Sometimes it is popping up, sometimes not.
C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\velvia
20090726 Silesia - $0.01-$0.02 - No Limit Hold'em

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
When the hud is working then they are imported. If it's not working than not.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
I've tried to make a new database without success.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
Table Manager is not working when this problem occurs, so not

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
It is in Hungarian as I'm running PokerStars in my mother language.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I'm using xp

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
I don't know what you mean

Table Manager and Table Finder are 2 different things - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
It is in Hungarian as I'm running PokerStars in my mother language.

Pokerstars and your HH's must be in English.

Language > Play In > English

Options > Instant Hand History > Language > English

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
I don't know what you mean

This isn't necessary now, thanks to your previous answers.

I've changed what you suggested. Now, the hud is working and importing the hands, but it is still written that the auto update didn't find any new files. Strange.

One more question. How I can display the Hand history during the games on the table?

Are the hands displaying under Cash Games > Reports > Today?

Click on the winner's name of a previous pot, on the Table Averages display. This will open a Hand History Review box where you can copy hands for pasting to forums, or mark the hand for later review.

Thanks, it's working, but that's not my question, I was not clear.
When I used HM first with PokerStars there was a tab on the table which showed the Hand History (cards, bets etc.). I've closed this tab accidentally and I don't know how to start it again.

Ok. So I tested again and It's not working. The table finder didn't show up and the test is the same, "auto update didn't find any new files".
Any idea???

The Auto-Update runs every 5 seconds so most of the time he will give this message...

The box you closed is under Hud options->player preferences -> Appearance->Show table avg and number of pots.

Your handhistory path for the Auto-Import should be:
C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory

You should reboot your computer before you do the next testing.
