I get only empy screen.

Please walk us through the steps you are taking to start HM sync

On Home tab I click HM Sync. Database manager starts and HM Sync tab is open but thre is nothing only close button on the right hand low corner. That's it and it happens on my both of my machines laptop and destop.

Total uninstalling and reinstalling the program helped me...

If that doesn’t fix it Please email me the reg.log file, along with a link to this forum string and your forum name to hm2support@holdemmanager.com, from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.) after you’ve tried all those steps, if you were unable to complete any step please let me know.

It's blank on the HM Sync tab for me as well (running latest build .5623)

I reinstalled and it worked ok first time then disappeared again. For whatever reason HM hasn't been saving the password login for varification (Settings/HM.com website login) so by just logging in again HM Sync reappeared. Can the HM programmers make it so it remembers the details properly?

I installed the program for the first time and it didn't work from the beginning.

Seems that HEM has lost the website login details somewhere along the way.

Make sure that you are running HM2 as an administrator, that you have allowed holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe, hmupdate.exe, postgres.exe, pg_ctl.exe to the exceptions in your firewall. The id/pw should be saved, and are saving for me. Are you using the trial version or a full upgrade?
