hud stats keep resetting only for 1 particular opponent

The hud stats for this villain keeps resetting every session. I still have all the hands in my database, but it seems like the hud is reading his sn + my sn both to be hero and so his hud stats reset every session too. I don't know why its doing that because i made sure he is not under my selected alias/hero names.

What site are you playing on? Try this: Go to Settings> General Settings> Set your day and start time to "0" and un-check use winning/losing value colors. Let me know.

I play on merge. I did what you said and got no luck. Its weird because its only against this one player.

When i use the hand replayer, his hud stats are always 0 hands, while mine are the number of hands i've played at the table.

Why does his hands keep being reset according to the hud, even though they are saved in my db?

Please make sure that your windows is uptodate, all service packs and windows updates installed.
Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool: http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
and download the NET installer and run it

Can you PM me the names of the two players? Sending a few original HH's from a couple different days would help as well.

I don't think windows update is the problem here because I am all up to date on all the updates.

I'm not at my computer right now, but I believe the issue is due to notecaddy. I didn't purchase notecaddy, but i tried to check it out when i first purchased HEM 2 and I think the 5 free notes may be causing the issue.

Turn off note caddy and see if that helps.
