View Full Version : HEM Replayer...why won't it remember my layout?

Hopefully this is easily fixed or added...

Every time I open the replayer and have it display stats, it always defaults to the "default" layout and I have to go in to the Table Manager and manually change it to the only other layout that I use so that it's set up correctly.

Any way to have it "remember" the layout setting in the Table Manager?

You need to properly setup your hud configs. You can even create a unique layout just for use in the replayer.

The key is to set the default layout to a site you don't play at, and then setup your custom layouts accordingly, on the Use For tab, for each hud config.

That isn't fixing it...I only play on FT.

I have the default set to Use for "Entraction". I have no idea what that site is, but w/e.

The only other layout I have is "Racetrack".

I open the replayer and boom, it's set to the default layout. I right click on the replayer in the Table Manager, manually change it to 6m and "Racetrack" and all is good...

what am I missing fozzy?

This is what it looks like when I open it up...ala the default HUD:

When I manually change it, each and every time the replayer opens, it looks like this:

I'm not sure whether i get you right but in the player preferences->use for there is a site called "Replayer" connect your HUD to this please.

Make sure you have 1.09 Beta 20.

I would clone your Racetrack config, which is probably assigned to Full Tilt on the Use For tab. Name the clone Replayer, and set the Use For: tab to Replayer as mentioned already. I just tested this by cloning the default hud config, and assigning it to my replayer. My replayer now uses a single panel HUD and my tables I play are all multiple panels. The replayer also remembers the HUD positions correctly, if I close and open it.

If you are still having issues please export your custom HUD Config(s) to XML and attach it here, along with a copy of your \Config\prefs.xml. Then delete your prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt. Then import your exported racetrack layout and reset the use for tabs for the default, your racetrack, and the replayer layouts.

My 3 config files (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1W5ONV47)

Prefs (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YC7BAC7F)

I'll try to do as you said in your last paragraph now and will update this shortly.

Yup, deleting the 3 pref files and reimporting the layouts fixed the issue. The positions of the panels are all jacked up, and I have to reorganize them, but that did fix the issue. Thanks and hopefully this helps others in the future who have this issue.

Corrupted prefs files?

Corrupted prefs files?

Yes, I would imagine. I can't really say why or how it happens, but deleting the prefs and pospref files is a relatively easy way to get it resolved.

Thank you for letting me know that it worked for you.
