HEM 1 not loading

I have HEM for Vista after not using it awhile I upgraded versions, It starts up and is shown on the task bar but I can't actually see the application, when I click the task bar it does not appear and I don't understand what the problem is. It seems to start up fine and doesn't freeze or hang up, just does not show up when I click it.

Hi,

Check that your system does not think for some reason
that it has a second monitor attached.

1. Right-click the desktop
2. Select the Settings tab
3. If you see graphics for two monitors, click the one
labelled "2" then un-tick "Extend my Windows
desktop onto this monitor.
4. Click OK

Tried this, my monitor was on but I disabled it and still won't work. Not sure what is going.
