Been trying to get nc working in my hm2 .

the message i am getting is

NoteCaddy is not accessible. Please upgrade your HM2 license...

i have note caddy premium key active

hm2 alpha evaluation key active

can you tell me what the problem is please

right now it's only working if you bought hm2. Did you buy notecaddy from holdem manager but not hm2 itself? If so I think your reason is because you were promised 6 extra months so your scenario is logical. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed of this and as such am unprepared. I will try to work this out with the hem crew asap

does your alpha license start with hm2-?

I bought notecaddy off yourself . I've been using it on hem1 for about 9 months.

my hm2 license starts with HMB

have you done this? Attach and enable your NoteCaddy license to Holdem Manager 2 (HM2) (http://www.assaultware.com/BindNoteCaddyLicenseToHM2.aspx)

another alpha tester got a key that starts with hm2- and I think that is required to make the licensing work

Yes i'd already done that and it says activated .

...if it's not an hm2- code it might not work

maybe the hm folks will set you up with a temp hm2- but I have 0 control over any of that

hi sreti . I've got the full code now and it still won't work . it says it is already attached . can you sort it out please .
