My hud doesnt stop after 10 hands like some have posted, but i sometimes i will quit a session for break. Sometimes I leave Auto-Import on. And sometimes I don't. But Holdem Manger will always still be running in the background. And when I go to play again. Usually after an hour or so. Sometimes my HUD will not pop up. Table Manager is running and recognizes the tables. But it does not recognize pot sizes or the hands. Therefore, my HUD never pops up. The only way to fix it is to close Table Manager, get some errors, Close HM, OPen HM, start Auto-Import, get some errors, Then it starts working but I have to re-allign my whole HUD layout again because everything is not where I had previously put it. This does not happen all the time. But I would say about once a day or every other day. Any suggestions?

I regularly surf these forums and always have the latest beta version running.

Could you please try to reproduce it with logging on (HUD Options > Tables Preferences > Enable Logging). Also, please take screenshots of the Table Window, Table Manager, and \Holdem Manager\Importing\HUD Data folder.

okay, I enabled logging and lucky for me it happened immediately. My auto-import had been running all night. I just started a quick session. And after about 25 hands, no dice. Please let me know what I need to send you. And an email address. I took a screen shot of the no-hud in action also. lol

Does this only happen when HM has been open for a long time with auto import running?

You can upload the pictures/log here to this thread when replying, and I will ask the support manager and HUD developer to take a look at the thread. Under the reply editor is a Manage Attachments button.

the log file should be: C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs\

It seems that most the time it happens is when the Auto-Import has been running for a good amount of time. Although I have had times when it hasn't been, and Holdem Manager has just been open for a long time.

Can you take a look at this folder, the next time it happens. There should be a .HH and .DAT file for each table, when auto importing hands with table manager open.

I have forwarded this to the support manager and hud developer for assistance.

Sorry man. I've been away a couple of days earlier this week and missed this. It seems like the hands aren't importing into the manager on two tables. There's a known issue at the moment with FTP: if you go back to a table having left, full tilt locks the hand history and hem can't import it.

The workaround for now is to go to the full tilt\hand history\screen name folder and manually move them to the archive folder. Do this before you start playing
