Do you need to make the notes again if you change popups?

If you have made the notes one time.
Lets say you make a new popup and and add a NC note for that popup should they just show up under the new popup or do you need to create the notes again?

for stat popups, you don't need to reprocess. In fact, I don't think you need to reprocess for any change you make outside of the notecaddy tab
