HM error with not finished tourneys of Fulltilt

Im playing on fulltilt poker sng 45man. Everythink seems ok, but HM are showing some tournaments as "not finished"

Normally when the tourney is finished for you FTP writes a summary to the handhistory folder. Do you leave the table to fast?

If you need further help please mail the original handhistories for one tourney with a link to support@holdemmanager.net so we can check it.

I play 9 tables. The first day I played 71 games, only 1 was "not finished", In the second day I playd 41 games and 15 was "not finished".

well i have similar quest. if i go find the incomplete turny and edit results why dose it not go into my stats when i press save?

again i just want to take these turnaments that were incomplete. and put them in my results. steps i have taken so far.
data view> incomplete> highlight turny> change finish position and winnings>
press save button at bottom.

You are not using the latest Beta 20. Please update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

The next Beta 21 will bring a bulk edit function for Tourneys so this is still subject of change.

You can only edit uncompleted tourneys (sum unchecked).
Uncheck sum, edit the data, check sum

Please try to reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1. Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Software and uninstall every Microsoft .NET Framework you can find in the list
2. Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

ok ijust got hem running again. now to clear things up. are you saying that if i go to incomplete turny in data view edit the results, that there is no way to have these finnishes in my stats ? i have 23 incomplete the first 4 out of five i cashed in. i have to wait for results for the rest.

When playing tourneys on FTP the summaries are written when you quit a tournament. They are written in the handhistory folder. If these summaries are missing for some reason you have to edit the tourney results manually.
