not importing any hands

I was using HEM last night with no problems. Now it isnt importing any hands i play. I have all the addresses of the folders correct and i installed the latest update and i have UAC off. Any ideas?

It may be a problem on full tilts end as i just looked in the folder and there arent any hands from full tilt showing up. I guess they arent being saved even though i have it set up to. I will email full tilt and find out the issue. thanks for the help.

ok nevermind i'm playing now and HEM is importing hands from one of the 4 tables i'm playing. hud isworking fine on that one table too but the other 3 tables are not being imported.
