HEM1 imports the hand correctly and the HUD is working fine for all cash games. When I play any kind of tournament I have to go to the table finder and attach the table manually every time. I tried to store positions after I have attached the tables but it didn't work.

Language is set to English

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Try deleting the file : RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Restart HoldemManager (and the pokerclient)
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

I tried it but it changed nothing. The HUD is working when I attach it with Table Finder manually but only for this specific table. I have to do that every time I start a new table.

You'll have to use the TableFinder for each table.

I have to use it for every table, every time I want to play? That's a lot work playing Turbos. Also Table Finder sometimes disappears and oftentimes there are many tables, even closed ones in the table finder so I don't know which tables I should attach to eachother. Is this normal? Everyone has to do that???

On which Microgaming skin are you playing?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin"from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.
