postgresql giving me problems

Hi, I downloaded and purchased HEM today. I have fought this stage of the setup for hours now with error after error. Is there a way to just purge the database and start over?

You can completely delete the database and create a new one if you'd like:

Delete: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=21

Create new: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=146

The first time I tried to install it I wasn't paying that close of attention and def screwed something up. This is what I have gotten every time since then:

I tried to follow the instructions above, but I don't have a pgadmin III to work with at either location. I'm running Vista unfortunately.

Close the installer, go to C:\Program Files and delete the PostgreSQL folder and run it again.
