I updated the holdem manager to the latest versions and now i cant evan get onto it any more. I updated due to my previous version 1.06 i think was not working properly which was strange as it worked perfect the previous day.

Now i have updated to see if this resolved my problem. Its just made it worse it comes up with the trial version page and asks me for my name and product key when i type this in it says invalid serial number please help as i am really lost.

Am i best reinstalling the 1.06 version can i evan do that should i back up my data dase first? please help many thanks.

1.06 is so old that i believe you have to contact sales@holdemmanager with your license details to get a new key.
Until then you can install 1.06 again. A backup of the database is always a good idea.
