hey, i have exactly the same problem.
my regions settings are german and the holdem manager culture settings are also german too.

im using win7 sp1 with all updates: HEM2 2.0.0.5680

delete the holdemmanager.config file in
7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

this was to fast :(
the trick worked for the first attempt only. now i can delete the config file, restart hem and the issues are the same as before.
the cultuire settings itself are correct. any other ideas?

we are working on the cultural issues. It's just using 211% to equal 21.1% currently.
