why do a lot of turnys show up as incomplete? is there something i can do to fix this?

You typically need to import the tourney summary for tourney's over a single table. HM has no way to know the finishes and payouts without a summary otherwise. You can also manually edit the tourney results if you cant get the summaries.

If you play on pokerstars, this should show you how to go about it. Pokerstars > Requests > Tourney Results:

this might sound dumb but but can hem tell me the incomplete ones or do i need to look at all the turny results and match them manually?

i have a similar problem, HM says all my SnG's are finished but it does not show my winnings. also i have played all multi-table SnG but HM shows some as single table and some as 2table SnG.

how can i fix this?

i had the results mailed to me, but how do i import them, i cant logon to the link you posted

Ok followed those instructions. they did not work as i hoped.
I can only get the last 5 tournements i played in. so i saved those in a notebook then imported the notebook into HM.
I cashed in 1 of those 5 SnG's but it still reads that i have only loses. I did also get an error opening the tourney tab
something about not connecting to 120.0.0.....etc..
And now i look closer, alot on my tourney tab doesnt make sence.
- it only shows the right amount of players when i got to the FT
- the speed is wrong
- the # of tables is wrong
actually the only things that are correct are:
Time started, time played and Tournement ID

Btw, i get only my last 5,5 tournements the rest will not be displayed by hotmail, does anyone have a solution for that? it does not send tournementhistory as an attachment but as text. Can i change this?

but the problem continues, atleast with the old data. i havent played more tourneys yet.

Hi, your tourney summary isn't in english so HM won't be able to do anything with it (ie "PokerStars Toernooi ")

I imported the hands you sent me and it gave a 2nd place finish but you will need an English summary in order to get the $ results imported correctly for the MTT
