Hello,
I am trying to configure holdem manager on my 2nd computer for Full Tilt. I set up my first computer fine. The second one has something funny going on. The full tilt hand histories aren't showing up. I check the box saying save them... and tried multiple different folders just in case. I did unhide the folders in Vista etc... It does create a subfolder with the username for full tilt, but its empty inside. Anyone run into this? Any ideas?
I already uninstalled and reinstalled full tilt.... thanks.

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

If that doesn't help, please answer these questions. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174)

That's the weird thing... how could it be a HM problem? The HH folder is created but is empty?

Make sure that vista is off, and then take a screen shot of your FTP Hand History configuration window, and click the Open Folder button. Then play some live hands of micro stakes cash game. Once you have actually played a hand of poker, you should see a text file created.

Ok, so for whatever reason the hand history is coming up now in the appropriate folder. When I try to run the import I get a bunch of import errors. There is just a few $2 tourneys and some $0.01/0.02 nl to get something to import, but they're somhow giving errors. I don't know where to look to find out what the error is. I do have the latest beta 1.09 v19 I believe. Any ideas of what might be wrong? Thanks.

Please try to create a new DB and see if they import properly - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

If not, I will probably ask you to email me the hands and answer all these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
