I got HEM last December. I ran it for about 2 months, everything was running fine including the HUD.

I just put some $ on Stars and am trying to run it.
the HEM is running, but the HUD is not.

I have the same computer. I have run the updates.

help anyone?

Thanks

Please make sure you are using the 1.09 Beta 19 beta version from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

If that doesn't help, please answer these questions. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174)

I have deleted those files
and initially, it works.
Halfway through a STT, all but my stats disappear.

Something else I should do?

ok-
feel like the other guy who said was incredibly frustrated.
now my HUD is NOT working AT ALL.
I did EVERYTHING in the FAQ's.
I did update to the newest version.
I did check to see that the hand histories were importing
(this has been hit and miss all week AFTER I updated
the beta ware).
I am pretty much at my wits end here.
Plus, I have searched for the teamviewer thingy and get
some weird posts.
link please?

Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com/)session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.
