download holdem manager and posgresql

Hi
Is there anyone that can help me.
I am trying to download posgresql as i got vistas.I have disable user acces control,but when i download I get a lot of pages comming up and the curser is just running around and I have to close down the computer.I have tried many times,also just to download holdem manger,but it just close down internet explore.
I am very frustrated,as I really like to try it out and buy it in august
Is there anyone that know what I should do
