Just installed HEM and it insta shutsdown

Hi,
I just purchased HEM. I installed and ran the program. I entered my registration code. The program the quickly closed. I received the following pop up:

DBControlPanel has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Now if I start the program I get a loading HEM screen. It briefly flashes initializing database, then shuts down again and I get the popup.

I have tried reinstalling and no luck.

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.
