How to get those stats in the Reports Tab?

Hi,

I'd like to put some more stats within my Reports Tab columns, but unfortunately can't find them on a list of available numbers (green "+" button).

1. Donkbet - it's perfectly working in a Hud mode, but I can't put it as a column within the Reports.

2. "bb/100 won without showdown" - I can see "$ won without SD", can see the red line on a graph, cannot put the bb/100 number into my Reports tab...

Any idea how to get these?
