How to enter my license code

Hello, i would like to know how to enter my license number and where to enter it in hempro2

if you bought NC from holdem manager, there is no separate license code. It should activate automatically. If not:

This could be caused by your licenses being cached. Please try the following:

Close HM2

Delete:

C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\Holdem Manager 2.lic

Restart HM2 and enter your HM2 code again and it should ping the server correctly and update the license


If that doesn't work please submit a log file. It can be found at

c:\users\YourWindowsLogin\AppData\Roaming\HoldemMa nager\log.txt

Make sure you have windows set to show hidden files

got it working... the trick after you delete the license file is to then restart the computer and THEN restart HEM2... I was deleting the file then restarting HEM2 and the program just rewrote the old license file back in, thats why it wasn't working... so, to summarize...

delete the file

restart computer

start HEM2

enter new code

success...
