I searched the forums already and found that I'm not the only one with the problem. However, I didn't find a proper solution.

This is on a fresh Windows 2000 SP4 box with ONLY the full tilt poker client on it and holdem manager 1.09 b18a. Oh wait it has firefox too and of course .NET framework 2.0. I also needed Winrar to unpack the HEM install file. Those are the only apps installed!

HEM launches correctly, but as soon as I click auto-import the following message appears:
"Xenocode virtual appliance runtime"
"This application has encountered an error: 0xD0000135".
"Please contact the publisher of this application for more information.".

Before anyone asks me why I use W2K... I'm using it cause the FTP poker client bluescreens my Windows XP box about every 10 minutes. Tried and tested on multiple systems.

Downloading gdiplus.dll indeed fixed the problem!

I feel stupid for not having found that thread.

I suggest adding this solution the the FAQ under keywords xenocode and runtime.

Thank you so much Netsrak!
