Hi support,

I bought HM2 yesterday. After installing the new version all seemed fine.
Today I wanted to start a session and got an auto update.

Every time I try to update HM2 crashes, I sended multiple reports already and searched for the latest update.
Unfortunately I can't find the latest update. It should be version 2.0.0.5525.
When searching for this update I can only find the latest beta update which isn't what I need.

+1

I have windows 7 and HM2 2.0.0.5518 and when I open it a popup with a new update appears and I try to update it to the version 2.0.0.5525 but HM crashes.

Here is the log report: (I removed the link because my serial appears)

This is an issue with the antivirus. Please add hmupdate.exe to your list of exceptions in your antivirus.

Here is the direct link:

It's in the programfiles\holdemmanager2 folder when an update is in progress. So next time there's an update, you can add it.

When you receive the notice that there's an update and click to dl it and install, you'll have it.

For now, click the link I provided for the update file.

I'd need to see the log file for that error.

Were you able to update?

What is your antivirus and firewall?

No, I couldnt update

Kaspersky Internet Security 11 but I add hmupdate to exclusions and I disable Kaspersky in-time protection and closed it and still HM2 crashed.

Log: (Removed because of serials appearance in the log)

What about if you disable kaspersky while updating?

Ok, can you manually update?

Yes, and it worked like the previous update (manually works, automatically dont), but when the next version comes my HM probably will crash again if I try to update it automatically.

Maybe I need to reinstall with a clean setup using ccleaner or something, if in the next release happens again Ill give it a shot.

I dont know if its my problem or HM's.

The log points to the antivirus. Hopefully we can narrow it down enough to figure out what is going on.

I have reinstalled like 2-3 times, didnt have the file hmupdate.exe, I wait until next version, I executed but I got the NSIS error again. My HmUpdate.exe its only 3.280kb, seems wrong.

The only way I can keep HM2 working or updated is manually.
