Update Problems!?!?

Hello,

When I download the newest update from Holdem Manager (1.08 or 1.09),and I save it at this location:

C: ProgramFiles/RVG Software/ Holdem Manager

I get the following error: The package was unable to replace the following file:C:\Program Files\ RVG Software\Holdem Manager\HoldemManager.exe

After this error he complete the install, but if I try to start HEM my windows says: HEM doesn’t work anymore. I can’t open the whole program anymore!
What to do?

I'm having the exact same problem.

You need to download the update .exe and then run the update file. It will install the new files. If it can't replace holdemmanager.exe then it means that HM hasn't closed completely. Reboot your PC and try updating first thing.
