The structure of the tourney is like this:
Six players
1st and 2nd: win a ticket worth $11
3rd: win 10fpps
4th to 6th: they lose.
I dont know if its a bug or i dont understand, but HEM is missing the last hand played on the tourneys where i ended up top3 and those sits are showing as incomplete.
