HM doesn't import HHs.Help!

Please check your configuration and make sure the client and hand histories are in English - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=143

Make sure you are running 1.09 beta 18a, which can be downloaded from my signature.

I've got latest HM.It works at PS,FTP,UB,but at Party Poker it doesn't import HHs to HMArchive,though HHs appear in PartyGaming HH.I've done everything from FAQs but with no result.By the way,it imports hands from Cake Poker but doesn't show HUD.

OK.Here are yhe details:
1.HM 1.09 Beta 18a.
2.PS,FTP,UB are OK.Party Poker doesn't work.
NL Holdem MTT.

8.I've got XP.

P.S.When playing at Party Poker HM always shows that there are importing errors.(I reinstalled HM,tried both 1.08 and 1.09 Beta 18a).

Check the date and currency settings of your computer and set them to english or standard.
Are you sure that Party writes english handhistories?

Yes,HHs are written in English.Other settings are also OK.And Poker Tracker 3 works OK at Party Poker.

One week has gone, but HEM still can't import HHs from Party Poker.Any news?

I apologize for the delay. I am not sure how this fell off the radar, but we should have asked you to email some hand histories previously.

Please try updating to 1.09 beta 20, and then copy those old HHs to a new folder, and do a manual Import From Folder. If they still won't import please Zip and email the hand histories to support@holdemmanger.net with a link to this thread. Please also CC me on that email at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, so I can keep an eye on the situation as well.
