View Full Version : HM2 HUD and Ongame.it

Hi, I've just purchased HM2 and I' m having issues about the use of the HUD with the Ongame.it platform. I'm not sure it's importing my hands and the HUD doesn't appear. I can't find the cashgame tables on table finder and I've checked the import folders. They are ok, I've tried Pokerstars.it and it works. It's just a ongame.it problem.

Open the sessions ribbon, click table finder, highlight the table name, drag the target to the table

Does the HUD find it?

nope, table finder doesn't show any table... :-(

Please send us a separate screenshot of each of the following:

Table
Sessions ribbon
Download winspy - WinSpy++ 1.7 | www.catch22.net (http://catch22.net/software/winspy) - run it, it creates a small box after you attach to the table, send a screenshot of that box

and the hand history.

Hi,
I have the same problem. HM2 is not importing my hands and the HUD doesn't appear. I can't find the cashgame tables on table finder while the import folders are ok.

May we know at least if u r working on this issue? It is really sad to purchase a product that does not work at all.

+1 you say your software is compatible with Ongame network but it's not, i want my money back
