Hi,


when I'm trying to register my HM2 license I get the following message:

"Errors while registering with server. Retry, or if problems persist please contact customer service."


Retrying does'nt help at all.

What to do?

Details:

i know anything can go wrong when such a thing like a big new release happens but still ... it sucks :mad:

i still CAN'T register with the code you emailed me. What's going on??

Ordered the OM2 full version. Trying to register from the updated version of the beta.

We need the reg.log files

I had this issue (upgrading HM2 Beta with an upgrade code from HM1), I then followed the steps at http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/881/I+Can+Not+Activate+or+Register+Holdem+Manager and registration worked flawlessly. Give that a shot while you wait.
