Ongame mucked cards not shown in HUD

sometimes mucked cards at showdown are not shown on the last hand
just the winners hand.

the mucked hand can be seen in Ongame's built in table HH, but I havent checked in the file log since im playing while posting this.

when you say HH, you want the HH for that specific hand? or the whole tourney?

They don't include the mucked cards in the local hand history file but in beta 19 I have Holdem Manager request the hand history from the server if there was a mucked card that was missing

This will only happen during auto import because ongame have said that they would potentially ban IP's if there was a large number of requests that could happen if you for example imported a few hundred thousand hands into a database using Import Folder.

Try Beta 21 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Its not a 100% solution but in most cases you should see the mucked cards now.
Its explained in the Update notes for Beta 20/21

Nice, I just registered to ask for this very feature :) It works for Omaha manager as well, right?

Yes, mucked cards display thru the HUD for omaha also, after showdown, if they are known.

mucked cards are shown but not for HU showdowns where I am involved.

The only problem now is mucked cards are not shown when its a 1 on 1 showdown between me and villain. any other types of showdown where I am not involved I can see the cards.

any chance this can be fixed or Ongame wont allow it?

hi, im using 1.09 beta 30a/b so the newest one for sure and i dont get every hand showdown hand displayed! I can only talk about the FL heads up games.
I can look up the cards when I click on hand history in the bwin software, but the should also be displayed in the hud right?

I checked the tournament hands and all my last hands have the opponents winning hand recorded in HEM but it wont show on HUD while playing.
And Im currently at 1.09 beta 32.

I am having this problem in cash and SNG games. Mucked cards not showing, although if I click on the hh link at the table, it displays the villain mucked cards.

I initially thought it was not already implemented for P5, but for what I read on the forum it was. I am using 1.09 b35.

I don't know what the problem is. It works for me. Does it display the cards when you click on the pot - i.e the $3.40 number in itallics on this pic?

You could try deleting all the pospref.txt files from the config folder.

I play SNGs and if I click the pot, it will only show my hand if the player mucks.
If Im not included at showdown, mucked cards are not show as well.
